Monday. I got up and fed the dogs and gave Emma Lee her bottle. Dusty had to be at the hospital for his pre-op visit around 9:30. He got his blood drawn and the instructions he needed before surgery. That did not take very long so we were at home before noon. He decided to try and get some things done around the farm that he knew he couldn't do after surgery. I worked around the house and did some outside work too.
I moved the new mamas and their babies into a lot in the Nigerian pen. I am still not sure about one of the babies. He just doesn't seem to be that strong and he refuses to take a bottle. I will have to keep an eye on him. Everyone else is doing fine except for the two remaining sick ones.
